| Prescript Fit Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) and The Amino Solution is a Nutrition Therapy program developed by Stanford A. Owen, M.D. of Gulfport, Mississippi. Dr. Owen has been in private practice since 1979 and has used Nutrition Therapy as adjunctive treatment of disease for a majority of those years. He has been active in clinical research, civic projects relating to preventive health, and the medical political process impacting medical care.
Dr. Owen is Certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine, the American Board of Physician Nutrition Specialists, and the Neuroscience Education Institute as a Master Pyschopharmacology. His research interests include diabetes, metabolism, and cardiovascular disease. Anne Andry, M.S., R.D. is a registered dietician supervising product development and clinical care. She has her Master’s degree in dietetics from University of Mississippi.
Liz LeBleu is Marketing Director and Health Consultant. She earned a BS in psychology from William Carey College.
Robert Owen is Marketing Specialist and author of The Amino Solution Recipes and Cookbook. He earned a BA in Mass Communications and Public Relations from Louisiana State University. He learned to cook from his Cajun mother and the culinary climate of South Louisiana.
